Sharyl Pickens has been in the real estate industry since 1984, becoming licensed in Oklahoma in 1991. She moved to full time focus in 2008. She created her own brokerage in 2013 and in 2024 became the franchise owner of Realty ONE Group Champion. Her burning desire is to help her agents provide for their families. It is her commitment to them that drives her passion to create streams of business and income on their behalf. Sharyl believes that her responsibility as a broker involves taking the necessary steps to elevate their brand, solidify their community involvement, and be the connector to opportunity. Sharyl is actively involved in many non-profit organizations that are important to her - Life.Church, Lions Club, Elk's Lodge, United Way, Our Daily Bread, and multiple Chambers of Commerce. She also enjoys serving the real estate industry - she is an RPAC Major Investor/President's Circle member, serves on several Government Affairs committees, represents Oklahoma as a Federal Political Coordinator, and is the Region 6 Vice President for the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS. Sharyl is currently representing OK RRC as its President. Teamwork and collaboration are cornerstones for Sharyl, and she desires to hear everyone's perspective. Giving a voice to all participants is critical. Seeing and hearing from all perspectives is a benefit that cannot be overlooked. She is a real estate instructor and teaches the Oklahoma pre-licensing course, as well as continuing education. Her husband, Brent, has been her biggest supporter since they married in 1985. They enjoy life with their 3 married children and their growing families. Sharyl's interests include word puzzles, trivia, food, traveling, all things music, and anything related to SPAM and I Love Lucy.
